This policy explains how Adore handles your information on this website, adoring.you, while we prepare to launch. Adore is an adult platform for verified, of-age members only. This page is for people aged 18 or over.
Who we are
Adore ("we", "us") operates adoring.you. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights described below, contact us at compliance@adoring.you. The legal operating entity and its registered address will be named here before the platform launches.
What we collect right now
This is a pre-launch page. The only personal information we ask for is your email address, and only if you choose to join the waitlist. We also receive the limited technical data that any website receives when a page loads, such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of the request, which our hosting provider logs to keep the site secure and running.
We do not sell anything here, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build a profile of you.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your email address for one purpose: to let you know when Adore opens and to share launch-related updates. Our lawful basis for this is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time, and every email we send will include an unsubscribe option.
The technical log data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website.
Who processes it for us
To run the waitlist and the site we rely on a small number of service providers who act on our behalf: an email-delivery service that receives your submission and forwards it to us, and a content-hosting provider that serves this page. These providers process your data only to provide their service to us, and are bound to keep it confidential. Where any provider is located outside your country, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist email until Adore launches and you have had the chance to create an account, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we remove your address promptly. Security log data is kept only for a short period.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to ask us to:
- confirm what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your data, or stop us from contacting you;
- restrict or object to how we use it; and
- receive your data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these, email compliance@adoring.you. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
Adore is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. This website is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact compliance@adoring.you and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as we get closer to launch. When Adore goes live, a fuller privacy policy covering the platform itself will replace this one. Any change will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
